【About the Aircraft】
The T-33A is the first jet trainer deployed by the Japan Air Self-Defense Force. After 68 aircraft were licensed from the United States in 1955, the T-33 shifted to licensed production from March 1956 after knockdown production in Japan, and the total number of aircraft was 210. It was mainly deployed to educational squadrons, but it was a masterpiece that was deployed to more than 30 squadrons for communication and training, and contributed widely to other than pilot training. With the advent of the successor T-4, retirement has progressed since 1988, and all aircraft have been retired at the end of the last flight at the Iruma Air Base in June 2000.
【About the Kit】
This is a 1/72 scale plastic model assembly kit that reproduces the JASDF jet trainer aircraft T-33A.
- The finish is about 15cm in length.
- Come with the 3D decals to recreate the dashboard and seat belt in the cockpit.
- Markings for the 302SQ with a white-tailed eagle on the tail and the 501SQ with a woodpecker mark.
- Decal is made by Cartograf with high quality.
