About the Aircraft

The F-22A Raptor is the main fighter aircraft deployed by the U.S. Air Force since 2005. The F-22A has highly stealthy aircraft shape and weapon bay to store weapons such as air-to-air missiles. The F-22A is equipped with two turbofan engines to perform the maximum speed Mach 2.25 and the supercruise Mach 1.8. In addition, the F-22A adopts thrust-reversers to have high mobility. The Japan Air Self-Defense Force was originally planning to introduce the F-22A as the next main fighter, but was passed over due to various factors.
 

About the Kit

This is a plastic model kit that reproduce the USAF fighter F-22A Raptor in 1/144 scale.
