German State Railroad Company (DRG) class 96 heavy freight locomotive, former Bavarian class Gt 2 x 4/4, 2nd production run. Mallet design articulated locomotive with high and low pressure compound cylinder groups.
Model
The locomotive has a 5-pole motor. All 8 coupled axles on both groups of driving wheels are powered. The headlights are maintenance-free LEDs. Minimum radius for operation 145mm / 5-11/16. Length over the buffers 81mm / 3-3/16.
